Eligibility for a Full Refund

  • If you have been charged for an upcoming month of Proberix but intended to cancel your subscription, we will refund the charge for that month promptly.
  • Should you realize that you forgot to cancel your Proberix subscription and have not used our service during this time, we will offer a refund for the most recent month.

Situations for Partial Refunds or Credits

  • For accounts that were intended to be cancelled more than a month ago but have shown activity, we will evaluate your usage. Based on this review, we may offer a partial refund for the most recent month of service.
  • If you've upgraded to a higher plan and did not utilize the additional features or probes, yet continued to use Proberix, we might apply a prorated credit for the upgraded portion towards your future billing.
  • In the unfortunate event of extended downtime or if our customer service response was delayed, we may issue a partial credit to your account, recognizing the inconvenience caused.
